TenderPulse AI strictly enforces zero AI model training on customer solicitation documents, uploaded RFP PDFs, company profile information, and generated compliance matrices. Your data is isolated per organization space and never used to train public or foundational language models.
1. Information We Collect
When you register for a TenderPulse AI account or utilize our services, we collect necessary account details including your name, work email address, company name, trade designation (e.g. Chief Estimator), and subscription preferences.
When you upload procurement documents (RFPs, Addenda, Specifications), these documents are processed strictly to extract compliance submittal items, Go/No-Go risk flags, and scoring criteria for your organization space.
2. How Information is Used
- To provide, operate, and maintain the TenderPulse AI solicitation review platform.
- To extract compliance requirements, disqualifying clauses, and evaluation weights.
- To manage multi-tenant estimator team invitations and organization seat limits.
- To process subscription payments and issue formal monthly corporate invoices.
3. Data Security & Isolation
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest) across all Supabase database connections and file storage buckets. Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforce strict multi-tenant data isolation so team members only access solicitations belonging to their verified organization.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We utilize trusted enterprise infrastructure providers including Supabase (data storage & authentication), Anthropic Claude API (document parsing & extraction), Resend (transactional email notifications), and Stripe (payment processing). Each provider adheres to strict SOC-2 compliance standards.
